Trentino and Bolívar collide with a winning pace

 

Betim, Brazil, October 20, 2016 - Both Trentino and Bolívar collected wins at 2016 FIVB Men's Club World Championship Day 2 and now they take on each other to start deciding Pool B fate.

The Italian club has a 3-1 record against teams from Argentina - one 3-1 over Bolívar and three matches versus UPCN San Juan, with two win and one defeat.

Trentino Diatec
- Trentino are making a record seventh appearance in an FIVB Club World Championship. Only two other teams (Sada Cruzeiro of Brazil and Zenit Kazan of Russia) have competed five times.
- Trentino also top the medals table with four gold (all consecutively from 2009 until 2012 in Doha).
- After defeating Minas on Wednesday, Trentino's overall CWC record improved to 26-3 on wins-losses.

Personal Bolívar
- Bolivar return to the FIVB Club World Championship for second time, since finishing 4th in 2010 in Doha, losing in the bronze medal game to Iran's Paykan Tehran in five dramatic sets.
- Bolivar have won the South American Club Championship once in 2010.
- Their all-time numbers on the competition are now leveled with three wins and three losses.
